- I have gone through all types of diets (intermittent fasting, fasting, keto, vegan, veggie, you name it) with no sustainable results – not even mentioning how awful I felt while dieting.

My thoughts have been around food all my life – been anorexic, been sugar addicted – dictated by my cravings for chocolate with fluctuating
moods – did I mention Nutella?! - I felt terrible with my body, uncomfortable in my skin, with myself. I envied others and hated myself. I hated my appearance, nothing really fit me, nothing pleased me - I just talked badly about myself to myself.
BUT that is the old me – I am now a different version: Jana 2.0 !

Let me tell you about my wake-up moment
You won't believe it!
- Have you ever come across the fact that dieting and working out, solely benefits the diet and pharma industry, the big conglomerates, but not YOU?! But why is that – well you have been only working on the symptoms of your problem, while undergoing a strict diet or fitness program – you tried to fix something on the surface – but you did not even come close to the source; the origin - where the problem is anchored. Have a look at the iceberg to the right. Well, why should the diet or pharma industry fix your actual problem if they can make money out of it. They rather sell you a pill or another diet problem to fix the weight issure temporarily. Its staggering, I know. But that's how it works.
What about this saying of your grandma: Child eat all the food on your plate? Do you still follow it even when you are not hungry anymore coz its deeply imprinted in you? Or do you use food as reward system sometimes – having a piece of chocolate to be happy, because you got chocolate as a child when you behaved – but logically you know that this chocolate will be stored as fat soon, making you even more unhappy. However, you cannot resist your emotions and habits - your inner demon always wins? So how come? What's the science behind that? And even mroe important, how can you get beyond this limitaion anyways - freeing yourself to have the body you want to have and feel good about it at all times?
So what does that tell and how does my work help you ?
Everything you’ve tried so far has been a great effort. I congratulate you for fighting for your feel-good weight with such dedication. However, you know better that you have not yet reached the goal. That’s because you’ve only tried to get rid of the symptoms of your extra kilos – but you haven’t yet gone to the source – the source of where your weight problem – your issue about not feeling well in your own body – actually comes from. On average we perceive 5% with our consciousess, which is all about logic, reasoning, will power and creativity. 95% is however perceived with our subconsciousness, covering attitudes, beliefs, behaviours and habits. So you have tried to use 5% of your conscious power to combat 95% of your subconscious autopilot. Obvisoulsy that does not work and the way to go is to get behind your analytical mind, tapping into your subconsciousness, your autopilot to transform it into a version which actually helps you today.
What do you mean...?
Everytime something happens, you give that event a certain meaning through the lens of your own perseption. The associated meaning becomes a story about the event and leads to a particular mental label. The images you create in your mind, the words you say to yourself, and finally the thoughts that arise from your built-up story, trigger corresponding feelings that are emotionally charged. Depending on how you have labeled your thoughts, e.g. positive or negative, your emotions will be directed towards them. Certain beliefs and behaviors emerge that make up your autopilot; your automated system you operate on every day. So, you cannot delete that autopilot, the meaning which has been imprinted in your brain, but what you can do is to overwrite or reprogram old patterns and beliefs by running an upgrade that suits you today. Let’s change that. Don’t you think your operating system is ready for an upgrade now? You have probably run several updates on your iPhone this year already but when was the last time you gave yourself one?!

Becoming the old-new me
To have a body I feel good in, to lose extra weight in no time without suffering. To boost my self-confidence and finally have power over food again. Embracing the feel-good-weight

Combating the sugar addiction
I don't know if you can imagine what it means to be addicted to sugar. It’s terrible - I always had to eat a piece of chocolate after meals, and I ended up devouring the whole bar. My cravings really got to me, and even though I knew it was bad for me, I couldn't resist. Little did I know that all these cravings had to do with my childhood - with all the affection and attention by my father. Today, I don't even think about chocolate anymore. Fine, I can eat it, but sugar no longer dictates me. I have power over what and when I want to eat. Finally.
Stopping the binge eating
I thought my binge eating was just something to do with my menstrual cycle. Well, women out there, you know what I'm talking about. Of course, it is somewhat related to my cycle, but the real reason for it, and more importantly why I couldn't stop, was deeply embedded in my subconsciousness. Over the years, I developed this autopilot behavior and thoughts about food - which were basically just comforting me. However, when I understood what the reason for this behavior was in more depth, it helped me to finally say goodbye to my binge-eating. Not being dictated by cravings anymore.
Fighting the extra kilos
There was a point when my wife told me I had gotten so fat that she didn't find me attractive anymore - this was during the lockdown when I had, thanks to Covid, gained a couple of kilos. I worked from my home office 24/7 and didn't move around much anymore. But that wasn't really the problem - it was my psyche. I gained weight because the pandemic reactivated an old belief that I needed to eat to feel safe and protected. Feeling full, in turn, made me feel that everything I needed was available to me; that I’d had enough. I was afraid of driving my family business to the wall - of undoing years of hard-earned success. I would have never thought that my mind had such a strong ability to build a shield by reshaping my body.
