I am no better than you! - I experienced a lot of mental health issues, struggled with constant stress and anxiety, fears, felt lonely and not being enough, had low self-esteem and self-love, and then there were some physical issues like lack of sleep or stomach problems, binging, being sugar addicted, etc.. I tried to find help, but nothing worked.
- My thoughts were constantly going in circles. I wanted to change my state, but I felt either frozen or simply stuck.
- I felt terrible in my body, uncomfortable with my situation, with myself. I envied others and hated myself. I often spoke badly about myself, while I saw myself as a victim.
But that is the old me.
I am a different version now: Jana 2.0 !
Let me tell you about my wake-up moment!
I have tried so many different approaches in the past to get rid of my mental problems, but what I did was actually always the same. I was trying to get rid of a symptom – but not the source, the source of the problem. I tried to change the baviour but never the thinking, which is the first step. On average we perceive 5% with our consciousess, which is all about logic, reasoning, will power, discipline and creativity. 95% is however perceived with our subconsciousness, covering attitudes, beliefs, behaviours and habits. So I tried to use 5% of my conscious power to combat 95% of my subconscious autopilot. Obvisoulsy that did not work and the way to go is to get behind the analytical mind, tapping into the subconsciousness, the autopilot to transform it into a version which actually helps me today. It’s like looking at an iceberg. I always just scratched the surface, but never got to the point where the problem was anchored.
What do you mean...?
Everytime something happens, you give that event a certain meaning through the lens of your own perception. The associated meaning becomes a story about the event and leads to a particular mental label. The images you create in your mind, the words you say to yourself, and finally the thoughts that arise from your built-up story, trigger corresponding feelings that are emotionally charged. Depending on how you have labeled your thoughts, e.g. positive or negative, your emotions will be directed towards them. Certain beliefs and behaviors emerge that make up your autopilot; your automated system you operate on every day. So, whereas you cannot delete that autopilot, the meaning which has been imprinted in your brain, but what you can do is to overwrite or reprogram old patterns and beliefs by running an upgrade that suits you today.

Embarcing the feel-good-weight
I am premenopausal and have gained a few kilos in the last few months. I haven't changed anything in my diet or exercise program. Combating the sugar addiction
I don't know if you can imagine what it means to be addicted to sugar. Terrible - I always had to eat a piece of chocolate after meals, and I ended up devouring the whole bar. Little did I know that all these cravings had to do with my childhood. - with all the affection and attention for my father. Today, I don't even think about chocolate anymore. Stopping the binge eating
I thought my binge eating was just something to do with my menstrual cycle. Well, you women out there know what I'm talking about. Of course it has to do with that, but the real reason for it, and more importantly why I couldn't stop, was deeply embedded in my subconscious. Over the years, I developed this autopilot behavior and thoughts about it. However, when I understood what the reason for this behavior was, it helped me to finally say goodbye to my binge-eating behavior.
Become the old-new me
I never had any problems with my weight - I was always the active kid in the family. But then my metabolism didn't work as well as it used to when I was in my mid-30s, and when I had my first child, my time for exercise and walks was pretty limited. During pregnancy, I gained a lot of weight that I never got rid of. No matter what I tried, no matter what diet or personal trainer I got, I couldn't fix my physical ailments. Until I came across Jana, who finally gave me a breakthrough to the old new me. Fighting the extra kilos
There was a point when my wife told me I had gotten so fat and she didn't find me attractive anymore - this was during the lockdown thanks to Covid regulations. I had a 24/7 home office and didn't move around much anymore. But that wasn't really the problem, it was the psyche. I gained weight because the pandemic reactivated an old belief that I needed to eat to feel safe, protected and full. Feeling full, in turn, made me feel that everything I needed was available to me. That I had enough. I was quite afraid of driving my family business to the wall - of undoing years of hard-earned success. I never thought that my mind would have such a strong power to build a shield by reshaping my body.
Getting rid of the energy vampires & people pleasing
It was always the same, no matter where I showed up, I found myself in the same (emotional) situation. I always put others on a pedestal, serving their needs and suppressing mine. So I often found myself giving my energy away to others, often feeling like a victim because people were always taking advantage of me. Then, in response, I often cut myself off from everyone - basically, I ran away from these unpleasant situations. And the worse, my self-esteem and confience suffered so much. I approach Jana to have more self-esteem to be 100% myself, to be authentic and confident. And now I have cleaned up my mental mess, the old conditioning and thinking patterns. I finally have my power back, feeling more whole, pure and complete, having an easy loving and trustful relationship with myself – attracting and surrounding myself with people who are respectful and trustworthy, because I am.
Never having enough (money)
I really wanted to quit my old job with a fixed income, but just the thought of not knowing if I would have enough money to pay my bills scared me. But then I also realized that I have the same thoughts of running out of money, that I cannot afford instead of experiencing financial abundance - even with a fixed income. So I realized that I have a money mindset problem, which turned out thanks to Jana's help only be the symptom. The problem was a different one I would have never thought off. I can't even stress how grateful I am for the hypnotherapy session as I am now able to let go of the corporate world and start my own business in abundance!!!! - I am attracting so much money with ease. I am so much more confident, calm and happy. I feel so much more self esteem and confidence in myself and my actions.
Living like a zombie - 24/7 sleep deprivation
I used to struggle so much with insomnia - I was constantly sleep deprived, trying to do my best at work, but I felt like my batteries were dead - completely drained of energy. And then I encountered even more stress and pressure I could not really keep up with. I hated my body and I did not get it why I could not simply go to bed and fall asleep like everyone else. Eventhough I consciously did not know what was going on, my subcionscious did as it was operating on the autopilot. I suffered so much, always went in circles until I came across Jana's work and my whole life changed.
You ain't questions?
This approach is unlike any other approach as it is a combination of cognitive behaviour techniques, psychology, NLP and hypnosis. You will be in a state of deep trance as it enables us to use the power of our subconscious mind to permanently and effectively change deep-seated blockages and negative beliefs. During hypnosis, you are in a comfortable state of relaxation (delta brain waves most likely), where your subconscious mind is on alert, while your conscious mind is guided into deep relaxation. If you are more into science, you can explain everything pretty much with quantum physics and epigenetics.
It’s entirely up to you. You have lifetime access. But yes, there is a BUT: I would recommend that you stick to the order of the modules and work through them as promptly as possible to get the best possible effect. Your brain learns through repetition. So, the sooner you figure out where your weight problem is coming from, and the more often you memorize the new version of yourself you’re claiming, the easier and faster you’ll get the results you want.
